President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan made war against the US military's recruitment efforts at Harvard because of Clinton's "don't ask, don't tell" policy, but that didn't stop her from accepting huge gifts from Saudi donors who approve of executing homosexuals. How odd.
Such stances are unjustifiable and unworthy of an appointee to America's highest court.
