Are we so stupid as a society that we now need to post instructions on how to wash your hands in public washrooms? Seriously?
If you can reach the faucet, the hand towels, and the soap, you don't need instructions on how to wash your hands.

Proper washing technique is easy. It's avoiding the re-contamination when turning off the tap or opening the bathroom door that's tricky.
Frances shhhhhhh... or the central planners will develop regulations and rules for a new sign to avoid tap & handle contamination
We are not so stupid as to need instructions on how to wash our hands, we are just so stupid as to let the left wing PC health and safety busybodies post this type sign without telling them to f%ck off.
