Happy 100th Birthday Ronald Reagan

The greatest president of the 20th century, Ronald Reagan, would have turned 100 today.  He transformed America, rejuvenated the spirit of Americans, defied and defeated communism, and strengthened the economy through his unwavering belief in the individual and the free market.  His inauguration speech set the tone for his entire administration.

His grace, humor, and gift of connecting with his constituents shall never be forgotten.

No wonder conservatives pine for another Reagan! What an inspiring speech. Now I understand why the media and academics tried to so hard to discredit him as an intellectual lightweight: he challenged *everything* they believed in. And at the centre of everything they believed in was big government. God help us believe and apply what he spoke of in his inaugural address.
